I, Abr?. Richardson, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the within REPORT and LIST, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of BOSTON and CHARLESTOWN, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the names, age, sex, and occupation of all the passengers, together with the name of the country to which they severally belong, and that of which they intend to become inhabitants, which were on board the Brig James, whereof I am at present Master, at the time of her sailing from the Port of Halifax or which have at any time since been taken on board said vessel. And I do likewise swear, that all matters whatsoever, in said Report and List expressed, are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. SO HELP ME GOD. (Signed) Abr?. Richardson, MASTER. REPORT and LIST of the PASSENGERS taken on board the Brig James of Boston whereof Richardson is Master, burthen 157 tons and 85/95ths of a ton, bound from the Port of Halifax for (transcriber's note: says Philadelphia here).*
Columns represent: name, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, country to which they intend to become inhabitants. Ireland was the country of origin, and U. S. Am. was listed for all the passengers as the country of which they intended to become inhabitants, so those columns will be eliminated.

* This manifest mentioned Philadelphia in the statement,
but apparently docked at Boston.
#1 surname probably Kirnarn or could be something like Kirward.
#4 surname looks like Finl or Frul or Fail. Age could be 25 or 26.
#4 age probably 60, but could also be 40.
#11 age possibly 22 or 27.
#12 age possibly 25 or 28.
#13 same as #12.
#14 surname something like Reins.
#15-16 surname looks like Caitwell or Cartwell or Castwell.
Perhaps it should be Cantwell.
#17 age could be 28 or 38.
#19 age possibly 20.
#22 surname could be Henry or Henny.
