I, William Griffiths, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly affirm that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all Passengers received on board the Bark Infanta whereof I am Master from Liverpool.

The use of a question mark (?) indicates a letter or letters that could not be read. Passenger #94 First letter of surname indistinguishable Passengers #119, 121, 122 Last two letters of surname might be re Passenger #141 Units value of age smudged out Passenger #178 Last three letters of surname might be ath The Occupation for individual passengers was not listed. Only a single, undecipherable (Lab?????????) entry was made at the top of the column. Best guess is "Laborer+kin" since the term applies to all. The Country to which they severally belong was listed as Ireland for all passengers. The country in which they intend to be come inhabitatants was listed as U.S. for all passengers.
