DISTRICT OF NEW HAVEN – PORT OF NEW HAVEN
I, Gurden H. Montague, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the above list, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of New Haven, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board said Brig at the time of her sailing from the Island of Trinidad. So help me God. (Signed) G. H. Montague. Sworn before me, this 27th day of July 1836. (Signed) Wm. H. Ellis, Collector.

* Most of the first column of this list is missing.  Seems to be cut off.  
* Only the last letter or so of the last 3 passengers is there.

  #5 first name could begin with N or M perhaps, but damage begins here.
 #11-14 perhaps surname should be Ryan or Rooney, but written Ruan.
 #14 first name could end with ia or ca.
 #15 possibly ds on end of first name.
