I, D. Haicano do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Mexican Brig Hercules whereof I am Master, from P??ha?h

Transcriber's notes:

For the Port the ship departed from the letters are above the line they all 
  look like a,n, u, but I can not be sure so will leave it as unknown.
In the Sworn statement the letters are above the line, possibly ua.

#3 Manl the "l" is written higher and probably means Manual
#4 Anth the "h' is written higher meaning Anthony
