DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, William Loring, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that
the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and
now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New
York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true
account of all the Passengers received on board the Bark Gov. Hinckley
whereof I am Master, from Glasgow.

Transcriber's Notes:
The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to the
quality of the original document.
There was a last column entitled "Died on the Voyage", which was not included
because there were no deaths noted.
For all Cabin Passengers the only information listed was name, age and sex.
* Passenger 23 was listed as a male in error.
* Passenger 117 was listed as a female in error.
* Passenger 136 has the spelling of Massachusetts incorrect.
