Bordeaux, France to New Orleans, Louisiana
21 May 1836

DISTRICT OF NEW ORLEANS - PORT OF NEW ORLEANS
I, E. F. Churchill, Master or Commander of the Brig Globe do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the within list, signed by me and now delivered to the Collector of this District, contains the names of all the Passengers taken on board the said Brig at the Port of Bordeaux or at any time since, and that all matters therein set forth are, according to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. I do further swear, that none of the said Passengers have died on the voyage. (Signed) Ephm. F. Churchill. Sworn before me, this 21st day of May, 1838. (Signed) ? Collector.

Transcriber's Notes:     
  #1 first name seems to be abbreviation Fr.  Surname could be Labourant 
     or Sabourant.  Origin looks like Cormuir.
  #2 age could be 37 or 39.
  #3 first name looks like Claud.
  #4 first name possibly Geo.  Occupation has about 5 letters before -smith.
  #5 first name could be Lenne or Linna.
  #7 first name possibly something like Fillesie.
  #9 first initial could be J.  Surname possibly Cassaigne.
 #10 surname possibly Deoies or Jeoies.
 #11 first name could be Chas.
 #12-15 surname possibly spelled Fayerd or Tayerd.  
 #13 age could be 27 or 29.
 #14 age could be 7 or 9.
 #15 first name could be spelled Herictor.
 #16-18 surname seems to be spelled differently for each.  Could be spelled 
     Matau or Matan or Matrou or Matron, or Matroun or Matrous.
