DISTRICT OF NEW ORLEANS - PORT OF NEW ORLEANS
I, George Lesslie, Master of within-named S/S from the Port of Limon, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said S/S at the time of or since her last departure from said Port of Limon, C. R. or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage. (signed) Geo Lesslie, Master. presented to me by the master of the Br. SS Foxhall from Port Limon, C.R. as 
a ???? of the passengers on board said vessel.

* The original manifest had a column for Deaths on the voyage, but since there were 
  none, that column was eliminated.
* The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to the quality 
  of the original list.
