I, George Lesslie, Master of within-named S/S from the Port of Limon, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said S/S at the time of or since her last departure from said Port of Limon, C. R. or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage. (signed) Geo Lesslie, Master.
