Transcriber's Notes:
The columns "The Country to which they severally belong" and "The Country in which
they intend to become inhabitants" have been left out. Written vertically in the
first column is "Great Britain and Ireland" and the second column "United States".
There was no way to tell which passenger came from which country and all were coming
to the United States.
The manifest was numbered at every 5 passengers. I have filled in the conecting
numbers to facilitate study of the manifest.
#11 The given name was written over. I can't make it out.
#20 I can't make out the first letter and there is a black dot above the second letter
and I'm not sure if it is over a letter or if it is a flaw in the microfilm.
#33 The G is plain but the next two letter are just humps like two n's. But that
make no sense.
#53 The letter is written too small and tight to make out.
#68 There is no sex or age given for this infant.
#80 There is no sex or age given for this infant.
#101 There is no sex or age given for this infant.
#162 This name was just noted by ditto marks for both given and surname.
#188-189 This name could be spelled Couhshan or Covhshan or Corhshan.
#206 This ? could be an a or an o. There is a slight smudge here.
#209-210-213-214 There were only first Initials here.
#220 I just can't make this letter out. Could be C,O or A. I just can't
be sure.
