DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Henry Brothers, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following
List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered
by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains,
to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers
received on board the British Brig Eliza whereof I am Master, from Waterford
Ireland. So help me God, Henry Brothers

* Since there were no deaths recorded on the voyage, this column has been
eliminated.
* Passengers #86-92 are written in a different hand, possibly that of the
captain, Henry Brothers, as it is similar to his signature at the end
of the document.
* Cabin Passengers had no occupation recorded.
* In the original document, the cabin passengers were numbered 1 to 6.
Passenger's Notes:
#1-11-12 Surname written as Fitzgarald, may be an alternative form of
Fitzgerald
#2-5 Surname written as Jonson, may be an alternative form of Johnson
#33 Catharin Lawler. Relative ages suggest she is mother rather than
granmother (sic) of #30
#34-35 Surname might be Wallire or Wallice
#46 Barth Kavanach. Surname Kavanach may be an alternative form of Kavanagh
#63 Ellen St?mp. Surname may be Stamp or Stump
#80 Catharin Broderik. Surname Broderik may be an alternative form of
Broderick
#84 Michael Sulivan. Surname Sulivan may be an alternative form of Sullivan
