DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I H. Coffin do solemnly, and sincerely, and truly Swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all passengers which were on board the Ship Colossus at the time of her sailing from the port of Liverpool or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise Swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. So Help Me God.

Report of Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Ship Colossus whereof H. Coffin is Master, from Liverpool burthen 399 21/95 Tons, and owned by Thos E. Walker, Robt J Walker and Josh Walker of Philadelphia & New York and bound to Philadelphia.
Columns represent: Given names, Surnames, Age, Sex, Occupation. The columns for Country to which they severally belong has been eliminated because all the passengers came from Great Britain, Column for Country of which they intend to become inhabitants has been eliminated because all passengers were entering the United States.

* This ship was not numbered on the manifest.
* Passenger 8 and 9 were both listed as tailors but spelled taylor
* Passenger 12 name is shortened spelling for Samuel
* Paggenger 14 name is shortened spelling for Richard
* Passenger 18 Mathew was spelled with only one t
