LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in theUnited States.

19) Whether under Contract, Express or Implied to Labor in the United States?;

21) Deformed or Crippled, Nature and Cause.

* In "Statement" San Francisco is written San Franco, with the
"co" being in superscript.

* Passenger 6, across his information is written "Failed to appear for
sanitary inspection - ????M.D. (signature_ Sanitary Inspector)

* The writing at the end of the statement is too small to read.
* The Inspectors signature is unreadable also.
* Passenger 13, in column 15 is written "over Oct 195", believe the
date to be "1895".
* Passenger 14, line is crossed out, with "footnote" stating, "Left at
Honolulu, HA"
* No signature of Captain on "Statement" or "Manifest".
* No passengers died on this voyage.
