LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest.

 Condition of Health Mental and Physical=good
 Whether having any deformities=no 
Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.

4  has been to San Francisco twice, 1890, 1893.  Missing letter is "i" or "o."
6  Surname starts with "Z" or "F."
10 is going to join Brother, H. Watanabe, 1329 Pine St, San Francisco.
11 occupation is wife of H. Watanabe.  No is written in the Whether Going to Join 
   column, 
12 surname is Sahira or Sahisa.  Her occupation is "going to join her husband."  
   No is indicated in the Whether Going to Join column by ditto marks.
16 Missing letters are "uj" or "iy."
