Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

3  surname looks like Yaniada but could be Yamada.
13 has been to San Francisco once, 1890.
25 has been to Chicago once 1893.
26 has been to San Francisco 1886.
28 has been to the US 5 years left 1891.
55 surname probably starts with "N," Nogami.
59 Final Destination is Australia
66 has been to the US 3 times 1882 last time, Boston.
67 surname could be Hamda or Honda but is probably Hanida.
71 missing letter goes below the line like "y" or "g."  Name could be Migamoto, 
    Miyamoto or Mijamoto.
77 surname could be Matsuura or Matsunra.
89 Final Destination is Sacramento, Cala.  Whether Ever Before in the US says, 
    "His home is in Sacramento, Cala."  He will join his family.
90 is born in the US.  His wife will join him in San Francisco.
91 Occupation is "agent for Singer sewing machines."  He is "on a business trip 
    & going back to Honolulu." 
89 & 90 these passengers are crossed out, probably because they are not aliens.
