Schooner Caroline
I, L. Johnston, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly Swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Phila~ contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Schn at the time of her sailing from the port of St John or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise Swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true.

Report or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Schr Caroline whereof L. Johnson is Master, from St John burthen 19 73/94 Tons and owned by H. ??? of St John and bound to Philadelphia.
Columns represent: Names, Age, Sex, Occupation, To what country belonging, Country of which it is their intention to become inhabitants, Number and Names of Passengers who have died on the voyage.

The column, "Number and Names of Passengers Who have died on the voyage", was blank and is not included in this transcription. The word "Labourer " was on the first line and ditto for all the rest of the list. *#1, surname could be Sunns, there was no dot to indicate an "i". The list was very faint, and some items were transcribed directly from the film.
