SS Breakwater
I, Chas. W. Clark, Master of the above named STEAMSHIP BREAKWATER, From the Port of Belize, Br. Honduras, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said Steamship at the time of or since her last departure from the said Port of Belize or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage. Columns represent: given name, surname, age, sex, *occupation, country to which they severally belong, *country of which they intend to become inhabitants, part of the *vessel occupied, and *baggage.
