SS Breakwater

I, Chas. W. Clark, Master of the above named STEAMSHIP BREAKWATER, From the Port of Belize, Br. Honduras, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said Steamship at the time of or since her last departure from the said Port of Belize or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage. LIST OR MANIFEST of all the Passengers taken on board the STEAMSHIP BREAKWATER whereof Charles W. Clark is master, from Belize, Br. Honduras; burthen, 794 tons.

Columns represent: given name, surname, age, sex, *occupation, country to which they severally belong, *country of which they intend to become inhabitants, part of the *vessel occupied, and *baggage.

I hereby certify that the foregoing list was this day presented to me by the master of the SS Breakwater from Belize, Br. Honduras, as a correct list of the passengers on board said vessel. (Signed) James De Grey, Boarding Officer.

* part of vessel occupied: passengers 1 through 22 occupied
  Cabin;
* passengers 23 through 27 occupied steerage, therefore that
  column has been eliminated
* baggage: abbreviations used for baggage; T-Trunk, V-Valise,
  P-Parcel, B-Box Baggage is listed once for each family and
  transcribed as seen on the original manifest
* A ? mark indicates that the transcriber could not decipher
  certain letters because of either unreadable handwriting by the
  list maker or poor condition of the copy of the passenger list
* passenger #8 name is possibly Henry Gausz
* passengers 14, 15, & 16 have baggage listed after each name
  for formatting purposes due to the length of each line
