LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

4-12 The left portion of the film has a large section obscured by what looks 
      like tape used to repair the manifest.  It is not possible to tell how 
      many letters are missing in these names.
20 has been to San Francisco & Chicago 1893.
21 has been to San Francisco 1894.
27 surname is Nabita or Nabeta.
28 has been to East Oakland 1893.  He is going to join bro East Oakland Central 
   Ave & East 14th St, Y Domoto.
40-41 are en route to Germany.
41 is female and has no money. Her name is recorded as "Miss Doki Ishi (daughter)."
42 is enroute to Boston.  He has been to San Francisco twice 1892 1894.
