These may cerify whom it may concern that the Prisoners above named being in number 84 are recd. by me on board the Rappahanock Merchant from Mr. Jonathan Forward of London Merch.t to be transported to Virginia this 14th day of Dec. 1724.

Several words were abbreviated. ats = also known as These ships do not state a date of departure or arrival. The financial records are recorded from May 1720 to Nov 1725. 8 - The first name could be Mosee or Moree. The surname looks like Oweman but comparing to other letters the e is most likely an s.
