Certificates hereunto annexed wherein every of the names of the said malefactors are expressed; In Consideration of which Sevl Allowances the said Jonathan Forward agreed at his own Cost and Charges to Transport the said malefactors to some of Mat. Plantations in America without any Charge to his Mats. for their Transportation conveying on board or otherwise, and hath given Security pursuant to the said Articles for this factual transporting the said Malefactors accordingly.
