Newgate (Prison), London, England to Maryland
departure January 1721

These are to certifie That pursuant to an Order made the Session of 
Goal delivery of Newgate held for the City of London and County of Middx 
at Justice hall in the Old Baily on Wednesday the 10th day of October last 
Jonathan Forward of London Mercht hath given Security by Bond Severally 
to Simon Harcourt Esq and Randolph Stracey Gen Clerks of the peace of the 
City and County for the effectual Transporting to Maryland the within Named 
Sevl persons who then stood Convicted of Sevl Thefts and Larcenies And were 
Ordered by the Court for --Transportation according to the direction of an 
Act of parliamt in that case made and proved Dated this 12 day of Nov Anno 
Dom 1720

A true list of the Sevl persons convicted of Felony & Directed to be 
transported and brot for that purpose by Mr. Jona Forward from Maidstone

known abbreviations.
Several words were abbreviated.
ats - seems to be "also known as" or an alias
Jona * A?ison could be Arnison or Amison

*Dizzington - could be Dixxington or possibly Dissington
