Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

There is a town on the manifest clearly listed as Wyrecka, California.
Checking with California archives shows no town of that name. The name has
changed over the years to Yreka in Siskiyou County.
The word 'Ken' after a location means 'Prefecture' or 'County'
Numbers were from 1 to 30 on each page of Manuscript.
Transcriber continued numbering for ease in finding.
