Transcriber's Notes:
* Written beneath the columnar headings and above the information in the
  columns is: "Pollard Theatrical Troupe".
* Nationality: "British" has been crossed out and "Australian" written
  over for first entry in dark pen or pencil; the subsequent entries
  carry a dark ditto over the lighter one.
* Final destination: "Vancouver B.C." has been crossed out and "U.S."
  entered with the number "15" and what appears to be "mos" - 15 months?
* #14 First name spelled Gladis, rather than Gladys.
* #25 - The ? marks indicates letter that cannot be read due to the
  quality of the original document. First letter of family name is
  difficult to determine; however, its position between S&W in an
  alphabetized list gives credence to its being a "T". The fourth
  letter could be a "p".
* #5&6(second).Toney Forde & Teddie McNamara -  A checkmark in the sex
  column obliterated the entry; likely they are boys, according to
  position in list.
