Ship Westminster
I, George Moore, master of Ship Westminster do solemnly, sincerely, and truly affirm that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collections District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of said Westminster at London and Portsmouth,England from which Port said Ship has now arrived; and that on thesaid list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of eachduring the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also thecountry to which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant.So help me God. is not a transcription error.
* Passenger # 11, The last name could be Kerl, Kesl or Keil.
* Passenger # 25, I have no suggestions on what this name could be.
* Passenger # 26, I think that this was indicating that Eliza was only 5 months old.
It is written ..-5, so that is why it is written 5m.
* Passenger # 46, The writting is so poor I just couldn't decipher it.
* Passenger # 52, There is a smudge on this letter so it is unreadable.
* Passenger # 56, I have no suggestions.
