Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

If yes, state which; 8) Whether a Polygamist?; 19) Whether under Contract, Express or Implied to Labor in the United States?; 20) Condition of Health, Mental and Physical; 21) Deformed or Crippled, Nature and Cause.

    "Cal" is written in. 
  Passenger 2, in column 11, "Ft. Bragg" which is a community in 
    Mendocino Co., California, is crossed out and "Cal" is written in. 
  Passenger 3, in columm 11, "S. F.," is crossed out and "Cal" is 
    written in. 
  On the line under Passenger 3, is written "& 5 children", assuming 
    these are the children of the above passenger Mrs. Geo. Mercier.
    No names are given for these children.
  No captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest.
  No passengers died on this voyage.

If it is found upon the arrival of the immigrant in the United States that the following questions have not been correctly answered, the immigrant will be immediately returned. The immigrant will be required to swear to the truth of the following answers, if it be called for by the Commissioner of Immigration at the port of arrival in the United States. (A false oath will subject the immigrant to fine or imprisonment.)
