SS Tacoma
I, R. CRAWFORD, Master of the above named steamer, from the Port of Yokohama, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List contains the names and descriptions of all of the Passengers who were on the said steamer at the time of or since her departure from the said Port of Yokohama, or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage.
