DISTRICT OF NEW YORK – PORT OF NEW YORK
I, E. Knight, master of Ship Switzerland do solemnly, sincerely, and truly Swear that the following List or Manifest, of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Switzerland whereof I am Master, from London. Sworn to the 11th September 1843, Before me (signed) G.A. Davis DC

Transcriber added numbers to passenger list.
Columns for "month" and "died" were not used and therefore omitted..
Passengers #19 & 20 - Country to which they belong unreadable.
Passenger #20 Age unreadable - too light.
Passenger #21 Occupation unreadable - written over.  
Passenger #48 First name unreadable, smeared. Could be Charlot or Sha?lot.
