DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I Reuben Crowell do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Schooner St. Michaels whereof I am Master, from St Johns NB. So help me God Reuben Crowell. Sworn to, the 25 May 1825, before me ?
List or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Schooner Saint Michaels whereof Crowell is Master, from St John NB Burthen 127 49/70 Tons.
Columns represent: Name, Age, Sex, Occupation, Country to which they severally belong, Country in which they intend to become inhabitants. There being no births or deaths on this voyage, that column is omitted.

Transcriber's Notes: 

 * The "?" in the sworn statement signifies an indecipherable signature. 
 * Passengers 7,8,9 list their country of intended occupancy as St John NB 
   (perhaps a mistake). 
 * Passengers # 15 and 17 have their surname spelled as Cunningam--more likely 
   should be Cunningham as is found for passenger # 16. 
 * Passenger # 20 Given name is indecipherable, may begin with an "H" 
 * Passenger # 22 Given name seems to be Bercteo or Berches, but difficult to 
   decipher.
