Transcriber's Notes:     
There was no indication on the list about which Portsmouth the ship 
sailed from, but it is assumed to be England, as the passengers were 
all English.

#1 initial was possibly J or I.
#7 surname seems to begin with A or S.  Next letter could be b or h, 
   then the rest of the letters do not extend above or below the line, 
   except for the last letter, which may or may not be an old d.  
   Second to last letter may be i. About 6 or 7 letters in all.
