DISTRICT OF PUGET SOUND
I, James Rowley, master of the above named Steamer Sikh from the port of Yokohoma, do solemnly, sincerly, and truly swear that the list contains the names and descriptions of all the Pasengers who were on board the said SS Sikh at the time of, or since the last departure from said Port of Victoria, BC, or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port and that none have died on voyage. Columns represent: name; age in years and months; sex; occupation; the country to which they severally belong; the country of which they intend to become inhabitants; who died on the voyage; as no one died on the voyage these columns has been left out.
