Brig Royal William
I, L Hall, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Phil contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Royal William at the time of her sailing from the port of Liverpool or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true.

Hall Transcriber's Notes: * The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder. * The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to quality of original document. * The manifest was not numbered. * The following columns did not have any information written in them so therefore they have been omitted. Sex, To what County belonging, Country of which it is their intention to become inhabitants and Number and Names of Passengers that have died on the voyage. The only exception is the To what Country belonging and it looks like there is a bracket that would encompass the whole column and the word Ireland. The word before this is unreadable. It is written the length of the column. The following information was written in the occupation column: 1) passengers # 1 thru 6 (from Ann Raferty to Mary Backhouse) has a bracket around them and it states that "The family of Henry Backhouse of North German Town Road Kensington" 2) passenger # 22 thru 26 (beginning with Rebecka Patterson thru Ann Patterson is bracketed with the follwing notation, "the family of Robt Patterson of N Water St. Phila Citizen of U S" 3) passenger # 29 thru 31 (beginning with Mary Hughes and ending with Mary Hughes) has the following notation, "The family of John Hughes Kensington. 4) passenger # 36 thru 38 (beginning with Mary Brecken and ending with Ann Brecken) is bracketed with the following notation, "the family of James Brecken Tavern Keeper No 198 N Water St Philadel
