LIST OR MANIFEST OF ALIEN IMMIGRANTS FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF IMMIGRATION.
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a port in the United States.

*This manifest appears to be on those passengers boarding both at Hong Kong
and Yokohama. Another manifest was found with only those boarding from
Hong Kong. It can be found at SS City of Rio
The arrival date is entered on the second page of the manifest as Oct 10?.
There is no captain's statement nor captain's name attached to this manifest.
The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not included in the
table:

Letters that are illegible or difficult to interpret are replaced by ?.
4 St. Louis is also listed in Final Destination column.
6 surname might have a final "o."
14 was in Oakland Cal in June 1892
16-25 Last Residence is written this way on the manifest. I was unable to to find a place in
Russia with this spelling. There are two Nachininskiys.
16 No is written in the Married or Single Column. To join his father is written in the
Occupation column. He is going to join his father in Chicago. Isaac Michaelovsky
is written in between this entry and the one below.
17 mother of the above is written in the Occupation column. She is going to join her husband.
Isaac Michaelovsky.
27 occupation is "son of Bearte Kaihan"
