I, Wm Coppin, do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadeli* contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Ship Prudence at the time of her sailing from the port of Londonderry or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise Swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true.
Sworn before me, this 20 day of July 1832. (signed John ?????*) Collector

column has been eliminated.

* Philadeli is clearly written in the very beginning of the Manifest.
* Collector's last name looks like Lance.
* Passenger 2  Last name could be Ballen or Ballin.
* Passengers 19,38,48,50,53,81,95,99  First name on all is spelled
  Margeret on the Manifest.
* Passenger 87  First name is spelled Elizabith with definite dot over
  second i.
* The line "Did not...?????? (signed William Coppin)" at end of passenger 
  list - cannot read the last word as it is illegible.
