DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA – PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, Isaac Gorham, do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Brig Myra at the time of her sailing from the port of St John NB or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise Swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of knowledge and belief, just and true.   Transcriber's Notes:
  This list is not numbered; numbers were inserted by transcriber.
  *In the 5th column, titled "To what country belonging" there is the 
   single entry "Ireland" and the column has not been transcribed above.
  *In the 6th column, titled "Country of which it is their intention to 
   become Inhabitants", there is the single entry "United States, " and 
   the column has not been transcribed above. 
  *The 7th column, titled, "Number and Name of Passengers who have died 
   in the Voyage" contains entries of the baggage.  Some passengers are 
   grouped with brackets to show baggage and they are:  McAvey family 
   listed with 2 chests; Samuel & Mary White, 1 chest; Kithcart family, 
   3 Packages; Morrison family, 6 Packages; Thos Monta?u? and Hugh Magowen, 
   3 Packages; Murphy family, 2 Packages.
  *The recorder made no name entry for the Murphy or Kithcart children - 
   just wrote "do" in those lines.
  *#21 Passenger Thos. Monta?u?: first ? could be "j" or "g" - there is 
   no dot over the letter but otherwise looks like a "j".  The second ? 
   could be an "e" or an "r".
  *#26 First name of 28 yr old male Murphy is not deciperable.
  *#29 Alice Rodgers is listed as "male", indicated with a ditto.
