list itself identifies the port of origin for the passengers.
There are no handwritten headings in the Remarks column where the numbers have been entered.
However, on other manifests on this film Money has been written in.
Missing or illegible letters are replaced with?.
The L used in the Remarks column is the symbol for the pound sterling.
26 Missing letter is "n" or "u."
37 Surname is Worall or Worrall.
45 First name is clearly Rebacce rather than Rebecca.
62 Surname is Durm or Dunn.
73 & 74 Nationality is clearly written "Dem" but could mean Denmark.
93 & 94 Appear to be added to the list. There is no further information on either, however
passenger 145 is a Geo Viggers and could be the same person.
128 Occupation the final "r" is superscripted.
135 Occupation the final "an" may be superscripted; it is not clear.
146 Surname is Heaney or Heavey.
154 Amount of money is $10 or $60.
