DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA – PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, T. Nixon, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Phila contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Sch Mary Ann at the time of her sailing from the port of St. John or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of knowledge and belief, just and true. Sworn before me, this 19 day of June 1834 (signed) ? ??? Report or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Sch Mary Ann whereof T. Nixon, is master, from Saint John burthen 87 75/94 tons and owned by Jas. ???? McKee of Saint John and bound to Philadelphia.

This list was not numbered; numbers inserted by transcriber.  
*Column 4 "Occupation" had "Labour" written at the top and a line drawn 
  down the column, and it is not included in this transcription.
*Column 5 "To what Country belonging" had "Ireland" written at the top 
  and a line drawn down the column, and it is not included in this 
  transcription.
*Column 6 " County of which it is their intention to become inhabitants" 
  had "U.S." written at the top and a line drawn down the column, and it 
  is not included in this transcription.
*Column 7, "Number and Names of Passengers who have died on the Voyage" 
  has the entry "None" and is not included in this transcription.
*This list was very faint and had to be transcribed directly from the film.  
  #18 could be 'Fi' 'Fe' 'Ti' 'Te'?  #30 could be an "F" or "T'.
