DISTRICT OF NEW HAVEN – PORT OF NEW HAVEN
I, A. H. Wing, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the above list, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of New Haven, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board said Brig at the time of her sailing from the Port of Cork. LIST of all the PASSENGERS taken on board the Brig Lydia of Haddam in any Foreign Port or Place.
Columns represent: name, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, country of which they intend to become inhabitants, died on the voyage. There were no deaths on this voyage.   #1 first name may be Hallie or Hattie. 
 #15-16 probably c, but could be r.
 #39 letter in question is l or t. 
 #43-44 same as #15-16.
 #53-54 first letter(s) probably H or T but could be Fl. 
 #57 surname spelled with e, unlike previous passenger.
 #66-69 surname started out as Conkney, then was Corkney, then the initial B 
     in #66's name seemed to become part of the surname.  There are Bleakneys 
     farther down list.
 #93 surname ends with n or r.
