   Transcriber's notes:

[1] "Ultimo" means "past month", i.e., May.
   [2] "Henry" might be "Harry".

The passenger numbers were not on the manifest, and have been added
   solely for ease of reference.

The microfilm frames of this list immediately followed those of the
Ship Hudson. Since the passenger list (of the Juno passengers and crew)
is signed by the Captain of the Ship Hudson, it may be fairly assumed
that those passengers and crew of the Juno were transferred from the
   Olive to the Hudson.

The Juno either had been bound for Boston or had just left Boston, most
likely the latter (note that the crew was US based). It apparently
"foundered" on the 31st of May, at Lat 41.44N Long 52W, and the crew
and passengers were picked up by the east-bound Schooner Olive.

The Olive subsequently encountered the New York-bound Hudson, and on
June 4th the Juno contingent was transferred to the Hudson at
Lat 41.30 Long 53.19W. That is about 62.5 statute miles from where
the Juno foundered 5 days prior.

Although there were steerage passengers, none of them appears to be
   an immigrant.
