I Elisha Wales do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the within Report and List, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Boston and Charlestown, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the names, age, sex, and occupation of all the passengers, together with the name of the country to which they severally belong, and that of which they intend to become inhabitants which were on board the Brig Geo Henry whereof I am at present master, at the time of her sailing from the Port of Halifax or which have at any time since been taken on board said vessel. And I do likewise swear, that all matters whatsoever, in said Report and List expressed, are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. SO HELP ME GOD. Sworn to before me this fifth day of November 1827 (Signed) Elisha Wales MASTER. Dy COLLECTOR.

* There were no deaths on this passage.  Therefore, the Number that have died on the 
  passage column has been eliminated.
* Passenger numbers were added by the transcriber.
* The abbreviation "NScotia" is presumed to mean Nova Scotia.
* Passenger #  7's first name is indicated by the abbreviation Danl for Daniel
* Passenger #  9's first name is indicated by the abbreviation Chas for Charles.  
  His age is probably 30, but may be 20. 
* Passenger #  12's first name is indicated by the abbreviation Wm for William 
* Passenger #  16's first name is indicated by the abbreviation Chas for Charles
