DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, M Pilsbury, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Schooner Franklin whereof I am Master, from St Andrews. So help me God. (Signed) Moses Pilsbury Sworn to, the 24 May 1825. (Signed) ??????

   to the quality of the original document.
 * There were no deaths on this passage.  Therefore, the column has been eliminated.
 * Passenger numbers were added by the transcriber.
 * Captain's surname is clearly Pilsbury.  His first name appears to be Moses.
 * Collector of the Customs name is not decipherable.
 * Passenger #  1's given name is written "Jh" with a small letter 
   superscripted.  May be an abbreviation for Johanne
 * Passenger #  2 has what appears to be "M" with two small letters superscripted. 
   May be r s.
