I Thomas Forbes do solemnly, sincerely, and truly * that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the Duties of New-York, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board Ship Francis Depau whereof I am Master, from Liverpool. * The passenger number column was not on the original report but was 
  added by the transcriber for ease of reference.
* There were no deaths on the voyage so that column was omitted.
* Passengers 18, 19, 20, 24, 43 The name is spelled Margt (superscript t). 
  Presumeably this is Margaret.
* Passenger 26 no first name given
* Passenger 47 The first name is spelled Bernd (superscript d). 
  Presumeably Bernard.
* Passenger 50. The first name is spelled Danl (superscript l).
