DISTRICT OF NEW YORK -- PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Guylempetz, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly reveal that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Bark Familiar whereof I am Master, from Stockholm. So help me God.
Sworn to this July 1849.
List of Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Bark Familiar, C.A. Guylempetz whereof Guylempetz is Master, from Stockholm burden, (blank) tons.
Columns represent: given name, surname, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, country which they intend to inhabit.

All abbreviations in this manifest were made by the original recorder,
not the transcriber.

This list was not numbered by the original recorder.

The column "Died on the Voyage" was eliminated as there were no entries.

No first names were written.  The letter "M" that precedes all male 
surnames was intended to address that person as Mister or Master.
