Transcriber's Notes:
This is not a numbered list.  Numbers have been inserted by the transcriber.  There is no
sworn statement.
* The 4th column, "Occupation," has "Labour" written at the top and a line 
  down the entire column.
*The 5th column, "To what country belonging," has "Ireland" written at the 
  top of the column and a line down the entire column and is not included 
  above.
*The 6th column, "Country of which it is their intention to become 
  inhabitants," has "U. S." written at the top of the column and a line 
  down the entire column and is not included above.
*The 7th column, "Number and Names of Passengers who have died on the 
  voyage' has entries for baggage.
* #2 Letters are too faint to be deciphered.
* #7 Name could be "Susan" - both vowels are open.  But last letter looks 
  like an "h".
* #19 Written in the Age and Occupation column, "15 days born on the 
  passage."
* #26 "months" appears in column for "Sex".
* #27 First name could be James.  Last name could be McGarvey or McGarry 
  or McGarary.
* #40 Last Name could be Baird, middle letters too faint to be discerned.
