I, S. Canard do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all Passengers received on board the Brig Clarice whereof I am Master, from St. Croix. ** Collector of Customs' Signature not clear to me.   It could be Jno
   Kearney, Keeny, or Sweeny.
 * Passenger No. 2 : ? could indicate S.
 * Passengers No. 2 and 3 indicated Blacks in last column
 * Passenger No. 4 had the letter O or the numeral zero before her name, I have
   no idea why.
