St. John, NB to Philadelphia
3 October 1832

I N Kinney do solemly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Phila contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Schr C King at the time of her sailing from the port of St. John or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. Sworn before me, this 3 day of Octr 1832 John Kin?? Collector.
Report or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Schr Charles King whereof Kinney is Master, from St. John burthen 123 Tons 71/94 and owned by O. J. McLaughlin of St. John and bound to Philadelphia.

The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to quality
of the original document.
The last name of the Collector may be either King or Kinoy.
There were no births on this passage, therefore that column has been omitted.
Passenger 1: This passenger's age appears to be written as 122. This transcriber
has assumed the mark before the 22 to be an error on the recorder's part.
Passenger 28: The word "months" is written in the column for sex.
Passenger 32: First initial could be "S" or "J"
Passenger 37: First intial could be "I", "J" or "D"
Passenger 44: This entry went to the top of a new page and the noted column entries
were omitted by the recorder.
Passenger 47: First initial could be "S" or "T"
