DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I D Cronk do solemly, sincerely and truly swer* that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philu* contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Sch Chas King at the time of her sailing from the port of St John or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swer* that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. Swer* before me, this 5 day of Jun 1832 (signed) ? Transcriber's Notes:

* As written, swer for swear or sworn.
* Sch? The word that precedes the ship's name in both cases could be Seln,
  Schi, Solw or even John.
* Bri?sh, possibly British.
* The column for those who died on the voyage was empty.
* As written, Phila for Philadelphia.
