DISTRICT OF Philadelphia – PORT OF Philadelphia

I, S.B. Kenniary, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the Report or Manifest, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philailefi* contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Brig Catherine at the time of her sailing form the port of Liverpool or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true.

Passenger list was not numbered
*Assumed to be Philadelphia
Passenger #4 might be William Burket
Passenger #12 might be Richard Simon
Passenger #21 first letter of first name does not resemble a J, C, or F 
   or any other letter on this manifest.
Passenger #23 definitely has an e on the end of Meede while #24 & 
   #25 do not.
Passenger #25 definitely listed as 1 year old and a farmer
