Brig Canadian Packet
I, Robt. Ridley, Master of the Brig Canadian Packet from London and Deal, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the list of Passengers subscribed with my name and now delivered by me to the Collr. of the District of Hampton, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, the names and description (so far as I have been able to ascertain the same) of all the persons who were taken on board at any port or place since the departure of said Brig from London and Deal. So help me God. (Signed) Robt. Ridley. Sworn to before me, this 7 July 1821 (signed) Wm. Armistead. I certify the within to be a true copy. (Signed) Wm. Armistead, Coll.

Transcriber's Notes:
* This transcription has been combined from lists found on Hampton and Richmond arrival
films. The same passengers were on each list.
The Richmond list was dated only third quarter, the Hampton list gives the exact date.
* Also, the Richmond list does not give ports of departure.
* There was no captain's sworn statement for the Richmond list.
#1-2 their ages were reversed on the Richmond list.
#4 Harriot written on Hampton list, Harriet on Richmond list.
#6 on the Hampton list, surname written Ryd, on the Richmond list, looks
like Rud or Reed.
#7 surname probably Wright.
