though the letter after the D doesn't look like a C. * Passenger 30 was written in small print between 2 passengers. Most likely the "weiks" is weeks and she was born during the voyage. Between the first and last name of this passenger , the word may be offspring. The passenger numbers were added by the transcriber. At the bottom of the manifest was written the number 141, which probably means the number of passengers on the ship, not counting the birth onboard. There were no deaths on the voyage, therefore that column was eliminated. Correspondence 01/13/2004 passenger #19 Acker George Acker ARV. 1843 Settled in Ashton Wisconsin.
