I SWINFORD do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all Passengers which were on board the Brig Ann at the time of her sailing from the port of Londonderry or which have been taken on baord at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage, master of said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all mattaers whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of knowledge and belief, just and true. Sworn before me, this 3 day of July 1834 SO HELP ME GOD (signed)_____________________Collector (signed) Thos. Swinford

REPORT OR MANIFEST of all the Passengers taken on board the Brig Ann. Whereof Swinford is Master, from Londonderry and bound to Philadelphia
Columns Headings are: Names; Age; Sex; Under the Heading - "Occupation", encompassing all passengers is written: Farmers, Mechanics and Labourers. Under the Heading: "To what Country belong", encompassing all passengers is written: Great Britain and Ireland. Under the Heading: "Country of which it is their intention to become Inhabitants" , encompassing all passengers is written: United States.
The passengers were not numbered on this list; however there are 110 names here.
