  #2 there is possibly an s on end of surname.  Age possibly 20 or 30.
  #3 letters 4 & 5 could be a combination of ll/lt/tt.  Letter 5 is e or i. 
  #5 letters in question are possibly er.
 #10-11 letter 2 could be i or e or o, but could also be c.  There is 
     probably an s on end of surname.
