Transcriber's Notes:

* An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original recorder, not the transcriber,
or is used to call your attention to additional information in the transcriber's notes.
? Indicates a letter or number which could not be determined due to the condition of the
manifest or handwriting of the original recorder.
^ A ^ followed by a letter indicates that the letter was superscripted.

* There is some discrepancy as to when this ship actually arrived in New Orleans. It
could have been on 14 January 1820.
* There were no entries in the "Sex" column, therefore that column has been eliminated.
* All passengers were noted as being from Germany and intending to become inhabitants of the
   United States.
* In the column headed "Number that have died on the passage", the following is written at
the top of the column: "one child died on the passage". The first passenger did not have
any children. The child that died could belong to passenger #2, Andrew Wismar.
* Names were transcribed as seen regardless of spelling.
* Passengers were numbered consecutively by the transcribers for ease of referencing.
